The Parts Unknown Midwesterners?

The three team name combos I'm mulling over:

Chicago Massacres (dark helmet, bullet holes - secondary logo possibly the standard arrow-through-a-heart but with bullets instead - already working on photoshopping these up)

Cedar Point Thrills / Rapids / Coasters (ref: Sandusky, OH)

Undisclosed Location Bunkers (meh... there's a good name in there somewhere but I haven't found it yet).

Undisclosed Location Bunkers (meh... there's a good name in there somewhere but I haven't found it yet).I REALLY like this concept, and agree that there's GOT to be a good name in there.

A part of me wonders if it could just be "Undisclosed Location" with an "unknown" team name? So you wouldn't actually have a mascot?

Or some other thoughts..

Trouble is, some of these work much better as stadium names. :)

That, and I keep stumbling upon non-Midwestern ideas, too. The Long Island Sound and Fury is one I might use "next league".

Celeval, I'd vote for the Macon Whoopee.

Oh yeah. Buzzer mentioned when he was invited that he couldn't commit to being an owner, but that he wanted to be called own to vulture. I went ahead and "leaked" our location to him, because I know many of us would value his input.

I like the Chicago Massacre with bulletholes like those fake stickers you can put on your car/truck.

As for the undisclosed location....

I got nothin' right now. :)

As an ardent fan, former employee, and current shareholder of Cedar Point (or Cedar Fair LLP), I might suggest the Cedar Point Blue Streaks if you're inclined to go in this direction. Sandusky High School uses the Blue Streaks as its mascot, named after the outstanding wooden coaster that has long been the nearby park's trademark ride.

Plus, there's an easy logo to be made with a little work from this base:
