Would like to join
Saw on FOFCentral that there was a team going, and thought I'd declare my interest...
- How long have you been playing FOF? Started on FOF2k1, so something like 8 or 9 years.
- How'd you find FOFC? Can't remember exactly, although it would be around the same time as I started playing FOF - has been quite a few years.
- Why are you applying to be in the WOOF, as opposed to another league? It's a long-standing league with a very good reputation, and offers a major challenge in going up against some of the brightest and best GMs in multi-player FOF.
- What do you enjoy most about FOF? The roster-building side of things - building a team from the ground up, finding guys who can make a contribution late in the draft. I also like making the best of what I've got - finding a gameplan that makes the most of the talent I have while covering up the holes as best I can.
- What other text sims do you play? None at the moment.
- Are you in any other online text sim leagues? If so, which ones? Long-time GM in RDFL, although I did have a break for a couple of months over the summer (was also in Shiba and FLFL until earlier this year, but wasn't enjoying the cliqueishness of Shiba and the lack of activity in FLFL)
- How do you see yourself participating in the league beyond turning in exports for you team? I'm never going to be a prolific poster, but I'll post comments on most games, and put together the odd press release and article (particularly at draft time)
- What's your age and what (general) line of work are you in? 32, statistician
Willing to wait my turn, if others have expressed an interest ahead of me...

1. Subby is the former LIN owner, and he's getting that team back.
